Disability Awareness

Each annual conference is to assist local churches in awareness regarding disability ministries including:

• To be a resource for local churches who are attempting to develop ministries that are attitudinally and architecturally accessible and
• To promote the full inclusion of persons with disabilities in the life of the local church and the annual conference.

The United Methodist Disability Ministries Committee provides many resources for local churches to use, including The Voice, their monthly newsletter.  You can subscribe to the newsletter here.  They have a brochure with more information as well.
