2023 Apportionment Deadline - January 12, 2024, noon
To receive credit for 2023 Apportionments, payments must be RECEIVED at the Conference office, by noon Friday, January 12, 2024. Online payments must be initiated on the Conference website by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 in order for funds to deposit on time.
The Tulsa bank lockbox will be discontinued 12/31/2023. All payments should be sent directly to the conference office effective immediately. Our address is: 1501 NW 24th Street, OKC, OK 73106
Any payment sent to the bank address in Tulsa after 12/31/2023 will be forwarded from the bank to the Conference office for deposit.
