Rev. David Sanders, retired elder, passed away Wednesday, November 22, at his home in Chelsea, OK. David, along with his wife, Paula, had served the Chelsea Memorial UMC for 18 years up to the present. David’s prior appointments include Hammon, Nardin, and Beggs. Prayers are requested for Paula and the rest of David’s family, as well as the congregation in Chelsea during this time of grief.

Josephine Whittington, widow Rev. John Whittington who served the Oklahoma Conference and preceded her in death, passed away October 14, 2023. Her service was held at Drummond United Methodist Church.
